Scuba Diving Sydney - Jervis Bay Padi Scuba Dive Centre - TDI - PADI - Nitrox - SD

Bill Mountford has owned This Jervis Bay Diver centre since 1998 and in that time has been committed to improving the services available to divers in Jervis Bay.

Bill has been teaching people to dive as a PADI Instructor since 1995 and became a TDI Instructor in 2000, improving the range of courses available to customers.

For over 15 years Bill has been involved with boats as well as dive training; successfully running a charter boat on Sydney Harbour, completing several Sydney to Hobart Yacht races and recently gaining his Master 5 qualifications.

Julia Cross has been diving in Jervis Bay and teaching divers for over 10 years as a PADI Instructor. Julia joined the team as Manager / Director in 2000.

As a coxswain she has also been running a successful dive charter boat on Sydney Harbour since 1997.
Julia's was firstly a registered nurse, completing her degree in 1996. With such a wealth of experience in such a variety of areas, Julia provides a high level of customer service and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Logan Apperly, a lecturer at Sydney University has been involved with teaching diving for over 20 years. In 1996 he became a PADI Course Director and regularly runs Instructor Development Courses for up and coming instructors.

With technical and mixed gas diving becoming more and more popular, Logan became a TDI Course Director and now spends a lot of his time running specialised Technical Diving Programs.

Kirk has been part of the Deep 6 Jervis Bay Dive team since 2001. Joining as a non-diver, Kirk worked his way through the ranks becoming a PADI Divemaster and attaining his coxswain's qualification. Today Kirk knows the Bay and adjoining coastline extremely well having sailed, surfed, water-skied and paddled on it since moving to the area over 10 years ago.

When Kirk is not diving with customers, he can be found out on the Bay as a volunteer with the local Coastal Patrol.

John C is a PADI Assistant Instructor and skipper and has been part of Deep 6 Jervis Bay for over 10 years.

When John is not taking customers out to the many dive sites in and around Jervis Bay, he can be found building and flying model aeroplanes with his sons.

John is a respected business entity in Jervis Bay running a successful upholstery firm, furnishing the boats and houses of some very well known socialites.

Mutley is our four-legged representative for Diving Doggies. He loves to go to the beach and swims regularly.

His other passion includes soccer and he has the defending and dribbling skills to match any Division 1 Super Star!

Unfortunately, Mutley has had a phobia about boats since he was a young pup and is therefore destined to remain a landlubber dog!
